In accordance with the Data Protection Act the processing of your personal data by SME Impact Fund is registered at the Dutch Data Protection Authority. The Authority enforces application and compliance of this Act.

This site treats your personal data with the utmost of care. By visiting this site and/or registering for the newsletter you are agreeing with this Privacy Statement.

You also agree to the collation and use of your data by SME Impact Fund. Potential changes to this Privacy Statement are published on this site at the time they come into effect.

You may be asked questions on this site for a specific purpose, such as for a brochure request, or personal data such as your name, address and email address. In these instances we will always tell you what we need these details for. Your details will only be passed on to third parties if this proves necessary for the purpose we have given. If you have ordered a product or service via this site it may be necessary to (partially) pass on these details to a SME Impact Fund service provision organisation.
