Chief Executive Officer: Allert Mentink 

Allert Mentink (Netherlands, 1969) is a financial planner with extensive experience as a SME and private banker, complemented by hands-on experience as an entrepreneur and many years in senior management at triple A bank Rabobank. He holds a Master in Financial Planning. His last job in Europe before joining MMFM was managing a team of 30 highly skilled banking and investment professionals. He then gained hands-on banking experience in Tanzania at Access Bank in Dar es Salaam.

Regional Operations Director: Micheal Muwonge
Micheal Muwonge (HDM, BPLM, MBA-ILM) is in charge of the expansion and leadership of SIF into the Kenya and ultimately Uganda market. Before joining SIF, Micheal served as the Deputy CEO of FACTS East Africa BV. As Deputy CEO, Micheal is skilled in the areas of Business Management leadership, having gathered 18 years of experience from several Regional Banks. These were in the areas of Corporate and SME management to Products and Innovation leadership. Micheal is a consummate supply chain finance and value chain finance expert having pioneered in the setup and realization of the first supply chain finance organization in East Africa.

Investment Officer: Mawazo Luchagula
Mawazo Luchagula (Tanzanian, 1990) is an experienced banker with solid experience on banking, marketing and credit analysis with over 6 years professional working experience with Group BMCE Bank of Africa (T) Limited. With Bank of Africa, Mawazo held various positions such as Relationship Manager and Branch Manager. Mawazo possess a bachelor degree in Economics and Finance from the Institute of Accountancy Arusha and attended several trainings on credit risk management and Financial Analysis from AFC Consulting international in 2018. He is responsible for new lead generation, conducting in-depth screening, monitoring of repayments, building new business clusters important for the growth of SIFs as well as taking part in assessment and drafting of client loan proposals before and after financing.

Credit Risk Manager: Jovitus Rutakinikwa
Jovitus Rutakinikwa (Tanzania, 1974) will be assessing and monitoring credit risks before and during financing. He is also responsible for administering the Fund, including running the Portfolio Monitoring Tool and reporting to stakeholders. Jovitus has extensive experience in banking and recovery. He holds a Bachelor in Economics, Policy and Planning. He joined MMFM in 2014.

Legal and Compliance assistent: Alex Mukubezi 

Alex Mukebezi Nshange holds a Law Bachelor Degree persuaded at Saint Augustine University of Tanzania. Alex has experience as Legal Officer at the Tanzania Women Lawyers Association (TAWLA) and as Protection Associate at the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.

Investment Officer: Imani Nkatura 
Imani Nkatura (Tanzania, 1988) has actively been involved in private sector development, agricultural value chain and agribusiness financing. He has gained extensive experience from consultancies and Business Development Services (BDS) projects including; designing business models, enterprising people, business training, coaching, mentoring, business planning and evaluation of private sector development projects. He is currently the Investment Officer at Match Maker Fund Management (MMFM) Limited, for which he has worked since January 2020 as an expert in critical financial analysis & modeling, investment proposition and portfolio management. Imani holds a Degree of Master of Science (MSc) in Finance and Investment, a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in accounting, and is a Certified
Public Accountant (CPA).

Henri van der Land (Netherlands, 1956) is a business economist with almost 30 years of experience in SME development, agribusiness investments and fund management. He has worked in Zambia as an administrator and fund manager of the USD 1m ZDCU fund, providing working capital and long-term loans to SMEs in agribusiness. Together with Peniel Uliwa he later managed the USD 3m Juhudi Credit Scheme with the CRBD in Tanzania. Henri has been living and working in Africa since 1987 and has been a permanent Tanzanian resident since 1994.
