Marieke van Loon

Marieke van Loon is director of Pacaya; an independent advisor for high net worth entrepreneurs and families. She provides solutions and practical assistance in organizing family wealth. Marieke is a counselor for the individual family members and is guiding families in how to involve the next generation in managing family wealth. 

Over the past 20 years Marieke van Loon has gained ample experience in the field of Family Office and Wealth Management whereby she guided and advised wealthy entrepreneurs and families. Within family assets, she focuses on private equity and venture capital investments. She has been an active promotor of the Fund since the early days and has linked a number of investors to SME Impact Fund.

Currently she is an Advisory Board member of a number of Funds and co-investment Funds managed by 747 Capital, a specialized private equity firm based in New York. 747 manages several investment funds focused on a multi-manager approach investing in specialized and successful buy-out firms across the USA. This also includes two dedicated co-investment programs. Marieke van Loon also serves as a member of the Advisory Committee of Dutch Mezzanine Fund. This Fund provides equity to SMEs in the Netherlands to enable them to realize their grown ambitions. Moreover she holds different positions at Family Foundations.
